Mr. Seto was appointed Representative Executive Officer of the LIXIL group of companies in 2016, since when he has achieved growth for the LIXIL group by measures such as reviewing the LIXIL group’s business portfolio and, by focusing its managerial resources on its core enterprise, improving balance sheets, enhancing synergies within the LIXIL group centered on the core operations of its Water business, and enhancing business competitiveness. After being reappointed as Representative Executive Officer and CEO in June 2019, he has continued to achieve results by restructuring LIXIL’s supply chain, promoting growth in its water business, and updating its environmental strategy, based on the strategies set forth in the LIXIL Playbook. Even in a challenging business environment, he has demonstrated a clear strategy for growth by grasping the situation and showing deep insight. Through strong leadership characterized by problem-solving and quick decision-making, Mr. Seto is expected to contribute greatly to the sustainable enhancement of the LIXIL Group’s corporate value. Therefore, he has been reappointed as Representative Executive Officer, President, and CEO.
As Representative Executive Officer, Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer (CPO) in charge of Human Resources, Communications, External Affairs, and Impact Strategy, Ms. Montesano has led communications and engagement with various internal and external stakeholders of LIXIL and its group companies. In addition, as chair of the Impact Strategy Committee, she has promoted LIXIL’s impact strategy. Since June 2019, as Executive Officer in charge of Human Resources, she has shown strong leadership while reforming our human resources systems in order to support our employees in achieving even more of their potential and to provide them with fair evaluation and opportunities. Ms. Montesano believes in the capabilities of our employees and has demonstrated a willingness to support them and an inclusive mindset. As Chief People Officer (CPO), she is the ideal person to realize sustainable enhancement of LIXIL and the wider group’s corporate value. Mr. Kanazawa has supervised the marketing strategy of LIXIL and its group companies as Executive Officer, Executive Vice President, Chief Digital Officer (CDO) in charge of Digital and Marketing (currently CX). He has also contributed to improving business performance through measures such as introducing sales techniques that use digital technology and reviewing Core systems. As part of LIXIL’s workstyle reforms, he continues to lead various digital transformation (DX) measures, such as improvement of the IT environment amid a major shift toward employee teleworking, the introduction and promotion of online showroom use, improving business efficiency through AI, and planning digital strategy. In response to a rapidly shifting digital technology and business environment, he uses a broad perspective to precisely identify issues and deal with them. He is the ideal person to prepare and achieve company-wide strategies that enable future competitiveness as LIXIL’s Chief Digital Officer (CDO). Therefore, he has been reappointed as Executive Officer, Executive Vice President.
As Executive Officer, Executive Vice President in charge of LIXIL International, Mr. Mohan has led LIXIL’s general overseas business, creating synergies across business fields and regional frameworks, and realizing business growth in multiple regions. Even in the uncertain business environment following the COVID-19 pandemic, he has fully considered the situation in each region, presented growth strategies in the areas he is in charge of, and contributed to optimal business operations for LIXIL and all its group companies. He is the best person to lead the building of our unique business models and our business strategies in diverse overseas markets, where great future growth opportunities for LIXIL’s business are expected. Therefore, he has been reappointed as Executive Officer, Executive Vice President.
After joining LIXIL (then TOSTEM Corporation), Mr. Yoshida served as the manager of the Sales and Marketing Departments. In 2017 he was appointed Japan Chief Executive Officer of LIXIL Housing Technology (LHT) Japan. In this role, he led the restructuring of the entire domestic Housing business, including Asia, such as reforming the production system for LIXIL’s domestic sash business. He continues to lead LHT’s growth strategy measures, such as developing a business model and new initiatives towards the realization of a decarbonized and circular society. Since 2021, he has overseen our global housing business, optimizing our housing businesses both domestically and internationally. Mr. Yoshida will make the most of his broad experience and deep understanding of business cultivated in Japan and Asia, and is the ideal person to supervise LIXIL’s core Housing business. Therefore, he has been reappointed as Executive Officer, Executive Vice President.
After joining LIXIL (then INAX Corporation), Mr. Oonishi served as a manager of the Japan Water business, in particular for the kitchen business. Since being appointed Japan Chief Executive Officer of LIXIL Water Technology Japan in 2018, he has successfully improved profit margins through the development of differentiated products, and has been working on distribution network reforms and operational reforms, among others, to implement structural reforms to achieve sustainable growth. Mr. Oonishi will make the most of his broad experience and deep understanding of business, and is the ideal person to oversee LIXIL’s core Japan Water business. Therefore, he has been reappointed as Executive Officer, Executive Vice President.
Ms. Fujita has served as a finance manager at several foreign-affiliated companies and has a wealth of knowledge regarding finance and accounting. She has also been involved in the post-merger integration (PMI) process for large-scale M&A between foreign and Japanese companies. After joining the Company, Ms. Fujita served as head of LIXIL Water Technology (LWT) Japan Business Accounting. Then, in 2024, she expanded her responsibilities to CFO, overseeing finance and accounting for LIXIL and the whole group and providing leadership to build a strong financial structure. Thanks to her breadth of experience and deep knowledge, she has quickly grasped the finance and accounting issues facing our company, with its multiple businesses and brands, and took action to bring about improvement. Ms. Fujita is the ideal person to achieve sustainable enhancement of the corporate value of LIXIL Group. Therefore, she has been appointed as CFO and reappointed as Executive Officer, Executive Vice President.
Mr. Kim has shown strong leadership in structural reform of our overseas businesses, reform of our overseas and domestic work processes and the introduction of new systems, efficiency improvements aimed at growth for LIXIL and the group as a whole, promoting innovation, and strengthening competitiveness. Since 2024, he has overseen M&A and has worked to improve corporate value through M&A in line with our business strategy and the LIXIL Playbook. Over the last 10 years, he has seen through numerous strategy end-stage cross-departmental projects. Mr. Kim is the ideal person to achieve sustainable enhancement of our group’s corporate value. Therefore, he has been appointed as Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) with responsibility for structural reform and growth strategy, and as Executive Officer, Executive Vice President.
