Yugo Kanazawa serves as Director, Representative Executive Officer, Executive Vice President, and COO of LIXIL Corporation. He joined LIXIL in 2016 as Chief Digital Officer and has since expanded his responsibilities to include the marketing (currently CX) function in 2017 and the IT (currently Digital) function in 2018.

Prior to joining LIXIL, Kanazawa developed his career at Sumitomo Corporation, a major Japanese trading company. He also served as an Executive Officer of MonotaRO Corporation, where he was responsible for its overseas business, and was appointed Vice President of W.W. Grainger.
