Ryusuke Ohori was appointed as Outside Director for LIXIL Corporation in June 2024. He serves as the Chairperson of the Audit Committee, a member of the Nomination Committee.

Ohori built his career at Nomura Securities Co.,Ltd., later joining JPMorgan’s Investment Management Division (currently JPMorgan Asset Management (Japan) Limited) . He is concurrently Director, Institutional Investors Collective Engagement Forum and Outside Director, Maeda Road Construction Co., Ltd.. He surved as the Head of JPM Investment Department and Chief Investment Officer for Japanese Equities, JPMorgan Asset Management (Japan) Limited from 2009 to 2017.
