Shoko Kimijima

Shoko Kimijima has served as Executive Officer and Executive Vice President at LIXIL Corporation since April 2020, responsible for legal, compliance, and corporate audit, while also serving as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer.

Before joining LIXIL, Kimijima held the role of Chief Compliance Officer at Tokyo Electron, a global manufacturer of semiconductor production equipment. She previously also held the position of Chief Compliance Officer at LIXIL, implementing the company’s Code of Conduct and compliance policies, as well as senior positions in other companies such as Associate General Counsel at GE Japan. She is concurrently Outside Director for HINO MOTORS, LTD.

Kimijima is an attorney at law admitted in Japan and New York, USA. She holds a Master of Laws from New York University School of Law and a Master of Laws and Bachelor of Laws from Keio University.
