Erin McCusker

Erin McCusker serves as Executive Officer, Executive Vice President, and Chief Impact Officer at LIXIL Corporation. She joined LIXIL in 2018 as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) for SATO, and became Leader for SATO in 2020. She was appointed Senior Vice President in 2022, serving as Leader for both SATO and LIXIL Public Partners.

Prior to joining LIXIL, McCusker handled communications and business development for prominent consulting and philanthropic organizations, including Boston Consulting Group and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. She is also a Steering Committee Member of the Toilet Board Coalition (TBC), serving as chairperson from 2019-2021. She has extensive experience in relationship management, strategy development and planning, analysis, and business case development.

McCusker holds a BS in Bioengineering from Olin College of Engineering, an MBA from Duke University, and a certificate in Social Sector Leadership.
